Listen

People try to do to much and move to quickly. Slow down and enjoy life you'd be amazed what you hear when you're quiet.

Loud voices

Screaming baby

Dogs barking

Driving me crazy

Tires squeaking

Cell phones beeping

Groups laughing

People shrieking

 

I strain my ears and listen all around

And the only non-existent sound

Is the sound of people listening

I just thought you should know that I've had this poem stuck in my head for the last month or so! I really love it though!
