Department of Transitional AssistanceA Poem by Anthony
i see me
see black people white people young children clawing at a chance of selling stories the heroin is in the waiting process to be selected for these bureaucracy trials they call one person in and a little more hope rushes through each of the hundreds closing in on hours of waiting once you've been picked from the cage you get called in by case workers who scan you saying that they have heard it all before they don't really give a flying f**k if your teeth are on fire maybe on some thin ice or your blood pressure explores outside of your eyeballs to show all the damage no f*****g RAFTS* for even the most p***y tidal waves so i say i'm better off dead then be in streets deval ** because at least i know where i'm going and what i'm going to be © 2010 AnthonyAuthor's Note
