The PondA Poem by Ryan M. James
Silently I sit gazing into a reflected universe, a mirror upon the surface of the pond, waters gently ripple as the breeze lovingly caresses the waters face with its hands.
For eons I have searched for answers, longed to see an alternate world within our own... how peculiar that it lays nestled in my own garden, a pool teeming with questions surrounded by plants and trees and life. As fish seem to kiss the surface of the water, for one small second they emerge from another realm of quiet perfection beneath the waters surface into my plane of chaotic misunderstanding... Only to dive deep as quickly as they came. Perhaps they to have questions. © 2014 Ryan M. James |
