Shattered

Shattered

A Poem by Rhea
"

got so much to say but dont know how to.

"

I look back at the pages,
Written with blood.
I wrote ages ago,
When my eyes were blurred.

I look back at the pieces,
Of my shattered heart.
Regrets? I have none,
Those pieces are art.

I smile as I collect those pieces
With great caution each time,
Until the pain ceases.

One day, I stopped,
And I didn't looked back.
Empty, then i felt,
'Did i dream all of that?"

"No" said a voice,
I turned around and saw
Nothing, but a trail of blood,
I smiled and wiped them clean,
Without uttering a word.

I look at the jar with those shattered pieces,
Which I stored inside.
I smile at it too,
Even when I'm broken inside.
