the bird with no wingsA Poem by Cas
let's make this simple;
i don't want to start a fight. let's not argue; i want to make it right. i try to solve what i have done, try to unsay the words i have sung. reaching out to you, i try to make this right. but i've stooped so low i cant seem to get that high. i climb, but my talons in which were used to make pictures, carving into your back are now dull. i try to jump, but all my energy was used to make your life as miserable as you have made mine. so here i sit, pondering in my pain, wondering how it feels to be a bird that could fly © 2016 Cas |
