In Memory of You

In Memory of You

A Poem by thisXgirlXcanXrawr(:

If a picture is worth a thousand words

Then how many for 'a good cry'?

I know you had to leave me,

But without a decent good-bye?

You were the reason I wanted to live,

And I loved you 'till the end of time.

I hope I will stay in your heart,

Because you'll forever be in mine.

You did one thing,

I thought was impossable to do

You loved me for myself

And I did the same for you.

I liked it when you laughed

At every joke I had.

I liked it when you called me 'Love'

Even if you were mad.

You ment the world to me

Unlike anyone before

You were sensitive to the touch,

All the way to your inner core.

You took a trip to paridise,

And you're never comming back.

I know I'll see you there

As long as I don't slack.

They say the good die young

And I'm beginning to think it's true

But the only reason is...

Because it happened to you.

Fifteen years old,

Or years young should I say?

It doesn't really matter

Either way.

Yes, the good do die young

I'm sorry to say it's so.

I know you were suffering,

But did you really have to go?

Why couldn't you have stayed

Just a little longer

I would have been okay

And maybe even stronger.
