This was inspired by the recent passing of former first lady Barbara Bush. By no means do I agree with any politics of the Bush family, but over 70 years of marriage and commitment is a rare kind of love by any means

This is beautifully stated. I often think of the same things. My wife and I will be celebrating being married for 66 years this coming August. I have been so fortunate in finding her and having her with me for all of these years. Most of what I write, I write because of her.
