To the east
A portrait of the sun framed in blue skies
A last morning view of the lake
Sunrise to the last hours of daylight, I stare at the surface of the water longingly, thinking of you
Now, almost a year gone
I still feel your spirit within me, all around me

A new destiny awaits
An unknown journey
Wherever my travels may take me, you are by my side replacing my own shadow
You and I are still united, even beyond death

As I prepare to leave for the last time, I look back and see familiar ghosts sitting at the lake...You and I talked about our dreams here...

I felt like I wasn't finished with the first story, so I wanted to give it closure
