Same Old GameA Poem by Tyler Ga reminder of what burns meTired of the effort, burdened by the pain, hurt by the things I do that leave me feeling worthless and drained. I'm looking at these bridges now, seeing how they're used, but the more I take into consideration, the more I'm left confused. The meanings of things that I once held dear are murky now, their intentions unclear. I don't know what life has in store, but the last thing I need right now is another list of chores. Staring at these bridges, a blazing torch in my hand, I rest it on the hinges of all the things I'd planned. This seems to be what I do best, a never-ending game, setting fire to all my connections and trying my absolute hardest to not get burned by the flames.
