I knew

just more thoughts about my life written down

I knew

Making this choice

Would be hard.

I knew

People wouldn’t understand,

People wouldn’t get it.

I knew

My loved ones

Would support me.

I knew

That I had to do this,

And listen to Him.

I knew

That He would guide me

To where He wants.

I knew

That He would always love

And care for me.

 

But I don’t know

Where,

Or how,

He is going to use me.

 

But the more I think,

The more I realize

I know nothing.

 

How am I supposed to know

What my future holds?

What I’m supposed to do.

Where I’m supposed to go.

 

But I do know

I have nothing to fear.

 

Knowing

That I am in God’s hands,

Gives me comfort,

Joy,

A sense of meaning.

 

God has a plan,

For me.

That much I know.
