I am a sinner but not for longA Poem by TevinThe fainting voice of a sinner begs for mercy.
I am a sinner but not for long.
What I utter is valgour The world of lust is what I harbour I do it subconsciously and consciously I regret the aftermath of trangressing dismally Why do I sin? Why do I sin? I feel like it is a way to blend in But it is not,nor it is a pleasure The wages of sin are death not punishment beyond measure My heart and mind are both defiled Orchestrating transgressional actions that rile My sins are like sand on the sea shore Though they are redundant I am not reluctant to add more Technology is sin's best friend A friend that never leaves my hand Elevating the chance of me sinning sky high If I don't stop sinning I'll surely die Lord Jesus! I open heartedly repent Save from sin before I lament Adorn my heart and mind everlastingly And make me holy everlastingly © 2016 Tevin |
