Dad

Dad

A Poem by tarah morris
"

I love you Dad!

"
Dad,
sometimes at night
I can hear your voice.
I don't know if
I am dreaming or
not.

Some days it feels
like you are not here
and other days
you are.

Sometimes at night
before I go to
sleep, I can see
your spirit.

Dad,
I have this feeling
in me that never
goes away, and
I wish it did
but it doesn't.

You know, what
that feeling is,
Dad?
That feeling Dad,
is missing you
all the time.

I know I may
be young and
little still, Dad,
but I just want you
to know that I
will always be your
little girl.

No one can
ever love me
more than you do.

What I'm trying
to say, Dad
is that you
taught me allot
about life. You
taught me how to
be strong even when it
gets tough.

Not only are you
A friend,
A father,
A brother,
An uncle,
A grandfather,
A nephew,
But you are also
MY HERO!!
