Baby Peter finds a home

A year ago, there was a little baby boy who was a peanut named Peter. Peter was placed in a candy store with his brothers and sisters. Over the year, all of his brothers and sisters were able to find a home, everyone but Peter. He was still left at the candy store waiting for someone to give him a home. One day, Max and Marley walked to that candy store with their mother and saw baby Peter sitting in a glass counter in the window. They became friends with baby Peter.

So Max asked his mom, "Mom, can we take the peanut home? Please" but his mom said no because she was afraid of peanut allergies. Max and Marley got all sad and started to cry. Peter got sad also because he could not go home with them. Everywhere that Max and Marley went with their mother. Peter was there; well they thought it was Peter everytime they saw a peanut. So a few weeks later, Max and Marley's mother called the Pediatrician and asked him if it was okay to bring Peter the peanut home. 

"Yes. it is okay to take Peter the peanut home with you." "Okay, thank you very much. I just wanted to make sure." After clearing that up with the Pediatrician, their mother called the manager at the candy store to tell him that they were coming to pick up baby Peter. "Hello! My name is Mrs.Frank and I was calling to tell you that I am taking Peter home tonight." "Okay! Thank you, ma'am! See you soon." When Max and Marley went back to the candy store with their mother and aunt Marie, they noticed that Peter the peanut was not there anymore. 

They started crying. Little did they know, Peter had already packed up his stuff and came home with their father and was sitting in a glass jar on the counter waiting for them. So they walked back home, Max was still upset that Peter was not at the candy store anymore. Marley just looked at Max like it was fine. When Max and Marley got home from the candy store, they saw a surprise on the counter. Right as soon as they walked in, the first thing Max saw is Peter sitting on the counter in a jar. 

He jumped for joy and yelled "PETER!" Peter was excited to see Max and Marley when they returned home. Marley was surprised to see Peter sitting on the counter. "Mom, how did Peter get here?" "Alright you two come here, I called the Pediatrician and he said that Peter could come home with us. That's why he was not at the candy store when we went back." Max and Marley were happy that Peter gets to live with them. That is how Peter finally found his forever home.
