I want to cry. 

I do.

But I don't.

It shows weakness 

and he thinks I'm strong.

I've broken down too many times,

in front of the guy;

he has my heart,

I love him.

Don't break me anymore 

than you already have.

Love this! I think almost everyone (if not everyone) can relate to the desperate feeling of wanting to be loved and it seems like the less secure in that love you feel with someone the more desperate you are to solidify it and make yourself feel secure in it you are and I think this poem captures that beautifully! I think it really contrasts the feelings of wanting to be strong and wanting to be yourself, but breaking down and trying to fit into who you think you should be or have to be to be loved by someone. Love love love it!
