Et tu...

Et tu...

A Poem by Mariam

With no regrets I let tears live

Just some seconds on the eave

Of the sweetest separation.

Ah! You smiled with admiration…

God bent his knees, alleviating my sorrow,

Et tu, Brute?

Devil whispered, shooting an arrow.

agree)
you never told who to the arrow was pointing, but I'll guess it was at the speaker, the Devil's cohort??... I may be way off, too.
