The Tongueless

The Tongueless

A Poem by terena

I know a million different words
for a million words.

But when it comes to you,
I'm mute.

My jaw separates from my skull
and the sounds that escape my mouth

are nothing but a small set of letters
that often make my skin turn pink.

What a way of description. I love it! It's so short, simple, wonderful. Thank you for the senses you conveyed.
