In The FieldA Poem by ((Teenage_Poet_Loser))inspired by a previous poem...Abandoned lays a stiffened body flies fly past his stinking wake, a slight skew mouth, unable to talk, the words creep to his lips; pushed aside, left alone, rotten he is, eyes open and pointed to the sky, fierce breathing chest, still body, a faint sound in the distance awaken the body, sleep still fallen over, hands clasped around the bible, but a piece of grass is all the hope.
He lies still in the grass, black lines of ants walk in his mouth, a chapter ended; dew form around his eyes, tears roll down the black cheek, a typewriter types next to the body.
A life has ended.
