Step into Cool

Step into Cool

A Poem by Dane

perspirance,
sweating perspirance,
A lagoonal scout my initial reactance,
poised on its lip in deliverence,
Slipping into the luke watery ambience,
a liquid retreat my premium sun defiance,
mercury rising stone-walled on entrance,
the beat of the heat now former existence,
as beads of cold aqua breaching pore resistance,
cooling on pooling wading deeper with persistance,
a union of simplistic needs and thought processing instance,
I submerge to a wake of rippling liquid insurgance,
as my sensory morphs an underwater allegence,
squinted eyes and muffled hearing no impedence,
to escape the parched tropicidal experience,
I launch into its soul with subterranean organic sense,
darting into the depths minus gravitational assistance,
me and weightlessness irrelevant coincidence,
at one with its beauty my favoured occurence,
nothing can touch me inside this aqueous security fence,
no anxiety on my conscience,
no anxiety, no suspense,
no anxiety, ornate consequence,
no longer tense,
as a bubbled mimicry wanes up to the surface,
a suggestion of lung donoring dispense,
slow rememberence in my subaquatic reverence,
breaking to the surface a gratifying experience,
overheating now irrelevance,
at no expense,
being at one, the relevance,
my mother, my nature,
brilliance

I'm not the sort of guy that gives much away, I'll tend to write something when I least feel like it. Improvisation on impulse. Usually with some music flooding my ears. And whatever comes out is an u.. more..
