Don't Know if I can Wait

Don't Know if I can Wait

A Poem by kelsey

i don't know if i can wait
just sit around and wait for you
for you to come around
for you to come and put the pieces together

like a puzzle fit them all together
put me back together like Humpty Dumpty
placing me very fragile back together
but better than i was before

not knowing where to go
what to do
should i wait for you
or walk away from this seat

will you ever come around
will you ever see me for who i am
can you be what you were before
or just a person who is of no importance

no importance at all
no strings attached no feeling
running in circles
circling your mind

not knowing where to go
or what to do
should i wait for you
or walk away from this seat

i'm falling apart all the time
and your not here to catch me
put me back together
put us back together

always being in your thoughts
never leaving your head
following you where ever you go
wishing just for a moment

just for a moment that things never happened
not just leaving off like we did
figuring things out and not leaving
saving each other from everything

not knowing where to go
what to do
should i wait for you
or walk away from this seat

This is a good poem, I think lots of people could relate to this (especially teen girls). Just remember that forgiveness doesn't always been going back. God told us to always forgive but we also aren't suppose to let others treat us wrongly and continuously take it, especially from other Christians who are suppose to know better. I've been in this situation so I know it's not easy. James 19: Be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger. I don't know if I helped or if the situation is done, but I hope I helped in some way. Rosanna
