confused

just a poem i wrote when i was confused about what i wanted

not knowing where to go
not knowing where to stay
not wanting someone to take your life
but to take your breath away
not wanting to live
not wanting to die
needing to shed tears
but not wanting to cry
needing to stay strong
needing to move on
needing to do right
but continue to do wrong
continue to smile
continue to breath freely
needing to miss the ones you love
because forgetting is not easy
