A Poem by Fire&Ice

A rusty hook drags,
across slimy rocks and muddy leaves.
School fish follow with cloudy eyes.
There is no bait impaled,
no worm tenderloin tonight.
A glimmer resonates from the clear line,
all beneath the murky waters become entranced.
The fish have never seen anything shine.
