ThrobbingA Poem by Fire&Ice
Held loosely Like the leash of a well-behaved dog
She'd run for miles Until her muscles throbbed with aches
Sung softly Like the lullaby of a baby
She'd guide a brush Through the gnarls of her firey hair
Bitten roughly Like a shark's teeth to human flesh
She'd play dirty With the minds of all surrounding
Yet so delicately She would take the knife to her own mind
