Rules of the Swedish Vampiric ColonyA Chapter by Taylor(:Rules of the Swedish Vampiric Colony 1784 1. Honors have priority and authority in any and every situation. 2. To achieve the honor of being an Honor, one must first prove worthy. For example: completing a heroic act, forseen in the seat of an Honor, or any proof of reason for initiation. 3. Those of whom are not Honors have no say in any desicion. Any who blatanly oppose or act out against this rule shall be put to death. 4. The minimum age for procreating is twenty-three. Anyone found who has procreated one who was under twenty-three years of age when turned, shall be put to death due to the overpopulation of minors in the colony, who have been difficult. Those turned while under twenty-three years of age shall be put to death unless proven useful. If one is under twenty-three, that one is considered a minor, and therefore, untouchable except from feeding purposes. Under no circumstances shall vampires be made Out of Age. Penalty is death. 5. One vampire each generation is born with the gift of Cerridwen. Cerridwen is the Celtic goddess of the moon, dark prophecy, and the Underworld. All must worship Her. If one wants to seek forgivness from the Goddess herself, one needs specific instructions to enter the temple. 5a. These chosen ones, Seers, are not Honors, but in some cases even more valuable. They may give opinions in any and every desicion, based on what they have seen in the Pool of Cerridwen. The Pool of Cerridwen is located in the temple near Honors' Headquaters. Anyone not of Honor or Seer status entering the temple without accompaniment or specific instuctions shall be put to death. 6. In any instance of another mystical creature penetrating colony territory with disruption or violence against the colony or its unsuspecting humans, the course of action is as follows: first, have the Seer look into the Pool of Cerridwen, if there is someone in the colony seen to stop the creature, then it is their destiny to remove it from the area. If there is someone in the colony feeding the creature information, advice, weapons, or support of any kind, they shall be put to death. Next, if there was someone in the colony whose destiny was to remove the creature from the area, they must fulfill their destiny, followed by the ceremony of becoming an Honor. If their destiny is failed, and they have not already been put to death by the creature itself, they shall be put to death. 7. Anyone found to have broken any of these rules shall be put to death. 8. Alterations, additions, substitutions, or subtractions may be made by those of Honor status, by the use of a vote, with or without the opinion of the Seer.
