Watching Over Me

"
God,
I know your wathing over me,
But why are you testing me,
I'm trying my best,
but what if i fail your test,
what if I cave,
I know you'll be there to save the day,
Thanks God for everything!
Chorus:
I'm Trying to see,
Me being free,
of all the sins I have made,
I'm just watching them fade,
into the distance,
because you are there,
guiding me to where I'm supposed to be,
Thanks God for everything!
I feel like I walk alone,
but with you,
God,
this will never be true,
I may not know all there is to know like you,
but I'm trying to completely understand you.
Chorus: repeat
The influences in my life are getting stronger,
it is you I follow now with no wonder,
the christian in me,
is being set free,
by friends that I like to see,
they're great influences on me.
Chorus: repeat
I'm letting myself heal,
while you help me deal,
with all the pain,
and my suffering,
Thanks God for everything!
Chorus: repeat
What I don't understand,
Is why isn't he mine.
why can't his hand be in mine,
I guess faith will help guide us to our destiny,
while I try to figurethis out,
Thanks God for everything!
