Telling Me

Telling Me

A Poem by Sunflower

Wind in my hair,
Just blowing everywhere.

I've been thinking about some things,
like how you are my prince, should be king.

So i listen to my music,
yeah i turnt that radio up with a kick,
blasting bass all around me,
making my feelings disappear super quick.

You look at me with your brown eyes,
and all my words turn to sighs.

I know many people say their heart skipped a beat,
but you made mine stop completely.

It's hard to talk to you,
when you don't go by looks,
you go by personality,
what should I do?

Dancing while singing,
still waiting.

I put on my pimpin' shades,
to cover my tear filled eyes.

Threats to leave you alone or else,
I want you but I do not want welts.

They tell me she does this all the time,
I guess you'll never be mine.

My heart is chasing you through this,
but my heads telling me to get out quick.

Running away will not help my heart,
staying will make your girlfriend start.

Everyone says she's fat,
Well then why does she have him and I don't...?

How can you call me pretty or thin,
when truly I am nothing...

Sure everyone has their days...

But She,

Has much more in many ways..........
