A Road Taken

A Road Taken

A Poem by Sunflower

A road is always left,

When chances are taken,

Choosing to be your friend,

Was worth everything I have left,

I would never want to have our friendship taken,

You were the happiest type of friend,

If I would have never said hello,

How much of my time would be alone,

I would never sit in the middle of the road just to laugh,

As people walked by with strange faces that said hello,

Since I have you I will never be alone,

Now I just get to laugh.
