God Hell

is there a god

one who can control me?

is there a hell

one to hold me?

am i full of pureness

one that saints are made of?

or just full of evil

the ones my demons dream of?

it's not finished but this is the current song i'm working on. this would be the first verse or the chorus. i'm not sure yet to be honest. it's a work in progress obviously. thoughts needed and suggests.

I love how raw and real this piece is, it really reflects the common thought process of today's youth. Its a tough time to grow up, and a lot of kids end up sitting down and asking themselves these types of questions: does God exist? If He does, does he hate me? Am I going to hell? Am I good? Am I bad? Better yet...who am I? It keeps it real with the reader and allows room for self reflection. Very well penned!
