Of The Rain.

Of The Rain.

A Poem by Sunflower

blank pages is all that comes to mind
I've lost the meaning of this life
theres no reason to be kind
when your back is struck with a knife
the underlying reason to go to hell
but never searching for heaven
no matter how much you tell
I will always favor sin
you got what you wanted from me
I'm left with hurt and pain
the tears turn to fire making it hard to see
it won't wash away even in the downpour of the rain.
