Frozen Tears

Frozen Tears

A Poem by Sunflower

Head burried in my hands,
Tears roll to the floor-----
I loved him... I loved him...
My heart was so sure-----
This should not ruin my plans.

Ashes fall with a flick,
Pain emurges oh so quick.
Frozen tears stuck to my face,
Sinking even lower in depression, thinking of his place.

She has him oh so well-----
I am left broken, with no voice to yell.
One more hit to hold in my lungs-----
Addiction occurs, never letting it be enough.

A bottle of pills in one hand, liquor gripped tight in the other,
Too bad she has lost it all, seen as a monster to her mother.
She is nearing her death, fading fast,
She has lost control, she is gone to the rest.
