gone

gone

A Poem by Tatiana

hands empity , wising my wrists were bleeding ,
here i stand , waiting for you to notice me.
i want your embrace to melt my frozen spirit.
im so close to death i can taste it ,
now you notice me.
hand open , your filling them then im gone

We all feel like this at times--I certainly do. Billy Joel had a lyric about it:

"They will tell you you can't sleep alone in a strange place
Then they tell you you can't sleep with somebody else
Ah but sooner or later you sleep in your own space
Either way it's OK, you wake up with yourself."

Solitude and loneliness isn't so bad . . . just gotta learn to be strong enough for it. I've lived that way all my life--I don't know any other way. Trust me, loneliness and loss ain't the end of the world
