She & Him

She is the white silk sheets, an obvious clear choice with yet many secrets and he the dark linen bed sheets that feel so good when pressed against you.

She was purely white and he crimson blood,

As different as different could seem.

Lord knows you cannot stop star crossed lovers love,

The moment the two of them meet.

She was purity and he was the fury of the Suns flame,

Yet together they created something, something so unknown.

Could this have been real, or faiths untimely cruel game,

A trick to remind all that destiny is and will forever be set in stone.

She was made to bring light and he the deepest shades of dark,

A love so strangely addicting,

For no one can stress a matter of the heart,

Especially one so confusing and contradicting.

Once upon a time, an angel and a devil fell in love.

Of course it was doomed, to fail and fall.

And that is why we find the good in bad,

And why we find the bad in all.

This is about when you are pure and you fall for darkness and although all else is against you, it is solely about how you feel. The angel and the devil.

this is so real , in such society and such people who only claim love but dont mean it..
and your last stanza is well written.. "an angel and a devil fell in love."
this line summed the whole idea.. and showed the contardection of lovers and when we love we forget the dark and bad points of our lover..
