ComplicationsA Poem by Tarry FranckIf you hold your hand To my heart It would freeze at the slightest touch ~~ If you hold your ear To listen for my soul With the coldest of breath It would bid you A whisper...Goodbye~~ My depression, my rage My tear filled eyes With a cold hard stare Should I leave or should I stay What do I dare? It's a terrifying place to tread From sunrise to sunset And even in my dreams That you would think to be peaceful But they only hold darkness And that is where evil is fed~~ Desperate you might think I am Or a person seeking attention Hmmm...if you only knew The evil I battle Through moonlit hours To the early morning dew~~ Don't judge me because you Don't live the life of my mind But if one day you do Find yourself in my situation Plan as quick as possible And quietly let go Of all your physical complications.
