EntangledA Poem by Tarry FranckEntangled You carry your heart On your sleeve But draped by a black lace cloak So no others freely see ~~ They are not aware Of the anguish, frustrations Nor the late night sadness Or the demons you bare Nor do they see How you are reaching the final stage And how close you are to accepting the end Is this is so rare ~~ They see a person Going through the motions One that talks when talked to But do they ask, How you do ~~ Not that it would make a difference Because in silence Not before others You would never allow your wounds to weep Because you're not sure If they can encompass The sorrow and the fury that entangles Your heart, your mind and your soul That SO deeply seeps...
