My EagleA Poem by Tarry FranckSomewhere near a shore I watch the tide roll in Gaze into the horizon And wait for my eagle to fly in, Beneath his wings He carries a gift of gold The never ending breeze To lift my wings, my soul, He approaches With grace, with ease And after a moment of silence Our passion feels the breeze, We travel together And a tear of happiness Trickles down my face I beneath his wings Forever embraced. © 2012 Tarry FranckFeatured Review
