CleansingA Poem by Tarry FranckA heavy down pour Makes my soul Want to soar, To feel the rain Cleanse my soul Release all my pain, If I could only take flight And it would be a reality How good it would make my life, But as I sit here Listening to it under a tin roof It's stirring my spirit Releasing my fears, So instead I decide to dance within Hoping my imperfections Will be cleansed.
