Angel In DisguiseA Poem by Tarry FranckA magical animal Appeared before me on a trail It was so majestic I couldn't believe my eyes A beautiful horn, mane and braided tail, It approached me with such ease And I was able to pet it With no problems We actually were on the grounds to sit, She was so white like an angel in disguise She calmed my every nerve She seemed so wise, An animal of this nature I knew I wanted to spend the day If not more With this majestic unicorn, This day was so pleasant I didn't want to leave So I laid upon her mane Through the dark hours And we slept next to one another As she protected me I knew I should have gone But I couldn't leave this Angel to go home, From then on Day to night It was the same Her protecting me As I lay upon her mane.
