Land Of Nevermore

Land Of Nevermore

A Poem by Tarry Franck

There are desperate hours
When she needs to be held
She falls to her knees
With face in hands
Awaiting a breeze
To lift her wings
And set her heart free,
Where will she fly
Does she even care
As long as it is
Far away from there
And on the journey to nowhere,
So that her worries
Are long gone
She can forget
What caused her to go wrong,
Finally it doesn't matter anymore
For she is in the place she needed
The Land of Nevermore
