Break Free

Break Free

A Poem by Tarry Franck

You stand before me
Weapon in hand
Wanting to slash my throat
Is what I understand,
You say you love me
Love does not carry such hatred
So how can that be,
I believe you have love
Confused with obsession
The kind you are wanting
Does not reside here
I beg of you
Please find another.

very nicely laid out. the words bite hard and don't let go through the piece. the Fear comes through very nicely.
