I PonderA Poem by Tarry FranckI sit in the darkness And ponder about life How mine has turned out I've had my share of fun I've had my share of pain On this Earthly plane, In another dimension I wish to go But how far do I have to travel To truly know, If my existence was worth What they say I guess I will know On my final day, And after all I have been through It just can't seem To come soon enough, However I don't want to feel Like my life has been wasted At least one more happy moment I would like to cherish Before I pass into the ages.
