Beyond The EndA Poem by Tarry FranckI see your piercing eyes From across a darkened room Mesmerizing they are Approachable maybe But keep my distance for awhile, Not sure if you recognize me You are so familiar Yet do you see, Then I realize you finally do For we are two old souls Reaching out For what we once knew, We casually walk towards each other And passionately embrace Rekindling the love for one another, We walk hand in hand Leaving the room To feel the crisp outdoor air And fall into each other Without a care, Except for what is ours again That our souls Will always be connected Beyond the end.
