Far AwayA Poem by Tarry FranckMy darling if I seem too far away It's not that I want to be It's just because I can't handle The mania, depression, the rage, Don't want to expose you To my world of craziness That fills my mind Just need a chance to repose Until the real me, I can find, And if you feel it's lasting too long Reach out to me And I'll try better to be strong, For it can last awhile And I don't like what I see Because in the mirror I see an illusion That's not really me, I'll do my best to return the love That you have shown me Try to regain my composure And attempt to rise above.
