Faith

My father rests now
In the Kingdom of Heaven
I guess God needed another angel
For a very good reason,

And yes we are here grieving
But we are also thankful
That God has received him,
I know the days are going to be hard
And some days very long
But during those times
We need to rejoice
All the wonderful memories
I know I feel blessed
That he was a part of mine,
Dad, I love you
And will dearly miss you
I don't want to let go
But I understand that God
Must need you more...so,
As much as this is hard to believe
We must have faith...
Why else
Would God take you away.
