Withstand The TestA Poem by Tarry FranckI sit I lay Alone A dark, twisted soul Why must this happen to me What have I done To deserve such misery, I see others happy I see others carefree Guess they don't have the burdens Like I have hoovering over me, Are mine self inflicted? At times, yes, by a blade But it helps me From going into full rage, I pray daily, soon these issues Will no longer consume my mind So I will have the strength To withstand the test of time.
