One year ago

a lot can happen in a year, this year i lost a friend...hopefully not forever.

One year ago we were so close.

What happened? Who intruded?

Now I lean on someone else

And laugh at someone else’s jokes

I want to, know how you, are doing.

But you don’t talk to me.  

I can’t take this! Speak!

Love me again

Stop being so selfish!

What you’re doing is making me cry!

You give up one sin for another and abandon me in the process

My heart breaks now sitting here all alone.

I thought you were my FRIEND

I guess other things came before me.

You found “happiness” and lost me.

Was it such a fair trade?

Last year we were so close

This year, not so much.

I can relate too this write very very very much. I once lost a love after she got clean. I think the pain of not know why is the worst. Thanks for sharing I look forward to reading more.
