i wear a purity ring.

i wear a purity ring.

A Poem by tarasov
"

my response to the question "why do you wear a purity ring?"

"

I wear a purity ring

To remind me that the love that I choose to give away.

Will be given away on my terms.

It will not be taken or stolen.

I will give it away on the day that I choose to the man that I choose.

At the place that I choose as long as I choose.

What has been taken cannot be given back but I can decide who get the rest.

Who gets it all, who gets the best!

What has been done cannot be undid.

But I can forgive, now I will forget!

The right man is the one I will love

And the one I will let love.

The one that stays. The one that has no regret!

He will be mine and I will be his, Forever.

And that will be the best ever!

That’s the part of me you didn’t get.

The right man (and he will be a man)  is what I’m reserved for.

Remember that when I tell you no.
