Let Me Change You, For You and MeA Poem by TanyaThis poem is about a women who loves a man that doesn't deserve anything, yet she can't help but try to change him...
Let Me Change you for You and Me Why do I compare myself to you? As if you’re better than me, stronger. My stupid adulation grew. I can’t stand to be with you any longer. Should I leave you alone to your incredulous perfection? Or do you want me to stand on my feet and bow? I’m creating your own misperception. But I’m not giving up now. I want to change you to a better human being. I’m treated like a slave. And shame upon me is all I’m seeing. I might as well suffer in my grave. Why don’t you want your own change? Why won’t you let my own happiness with you take its own range? © 2009 TanyaAuthor's Note
