Falling in love is not like

Falling in a hole.

Falling in love is like

Falling through the universe.

You float around in zero gravity

In hope of finding a perfect planet

That will embrace you presence.

Then you see it, the planet

That shines radiantly as if

It emits its own light.

And you feel it pulling you

The gravitational strength is suddenly

So strong there.

So you have no choice but to land.

There, everything will be different,

The people, the clothes they wear, the weather.

That planet is nothing like your own.

And yet you like it,

The uniqueness of the mysterious planet.

And you crave for more,

Because the longer you stay there,

The more secrets the planet reveals.

When you look up to the sky,

You become mesmerized, speechless.

As your eyes witness the constellations,

You become captivated.

The beauty is just too much for you to handle.

While distracted, your brain gets caged

And you heart is ripped without you knowing.

You can't feel anything

Because the planet's beauty has numbed you.

So you sit there staring at the pretty lies around you,

Unaware that you've actually become

Another one of the planet's mindless victims.

Then the planet convinces you to stay,

And you do

Because the only thing that is

Keeping you alive

is the beauty of the planet,

Which is keeps feeding you with

Until you become so addicted.

You try to leave again and again

But failed.

Because without you heart,

You cannot leave that place alive.

Many others have tired to escape the clutches of

That man-eating planet.

Many died trying, others were injured,

And the rest just succumbed to the pain.

So this is a warning.

If you ever find the planet,

run and never look back.

Because thee beauty of it

will melt you so fast,

You'll live to regret it.
