How

How

A Poem by Jack Bridges
"

A prayer

"

How can they not see you, Lord.

There is no way this could be an accident.

You have provided everything to that we need.

Still they say that we are accidents.

But look at the detail you have put into everything.

How can they not see

With the leaves so green and the sky so blue

How can they not see

When a newborn baby cries

Could that just be an accident

I don't think so

Help them see, Lord.

Open their eyes.

Amen. I wonder too but think they just don't realize. Sometimes I think those that cannot grasp the idea is because their family doesn't either. My greatest gift was passed to me through family. I grew up believing. Wonderful writing!
