Starting Again

this is my poem I have written which served as my New Year's resolution for 2012

 

As we take our journey for another year

As this New Year provides new beginnings

A time to change our life and beings

A motivation to change the way we were

I am not perfect. So, I desire more

I wake up late; in school I arrived late

Teacher gets mad, for I am a student

Can I do more? I desire so much more.

This is me; I am really much tardy

I really wish to change this attitude

And if, as usual, I will fail again

Oh! My parents will really love me.

I am man of so much fortitude

From being late, this year, I will refrain.
