(Kids) Came Together As One

(Kids) Came Together As One

A Poem by missghostwriter7374

                (Kids) Came Together As One

A hot September night with the slightest breeze in the air.

Not a sound of wildlife around, but in the distance you hear a soft moan.

A moan of relief, a sigh of comfort, and a breath of confidence.

As the night passes on the smell of dampness rises in the air.

A night where kids came together as one.

In the break of dawn of the shinning sun breaks through the harsh black                sky.

But still as the wildlife awakes, the soft moan in the distance is heard                  around a sacred place.

Now time has passed on, a month, a year of maybe two.

But the hot September night will never be forgotten.

For that was the night kids came together as one.
